At the highly anticipated Samsung Unpacked 2025 event, Samsung introduced its latest run of Galaxy smartphones– Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra. Aligning with industry’s current trends, emphasis was laid on AI updates via Google’s Gemini platform.

Screen Details

Galaxy S25 offers a 6.2-inch FHD+ with a 120Hz refresh rate, while its S25+ and S25 Ultra counterparts offer a 6.7-inch QHD+ and 6.9-inch QHD+, respectively, both with 120Hz refresh rates.

Camera Specifications

Each model showcases a front-facing 12-megapixel, F2.2, 80-degree field of view lens. The S25 and S25+ have three rear-cameras: 12-megapixel ultra-wide, 50-megapixel wide, 10-megapixel telephoto (3x optical). The S25 Ultra takes a step further with four cameras– ultra-wide, wide, along with two telephoto lenses.

Equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform for Galaxy, all three models promise potent processing power.
