Cera faces competition in the UK. Top rivals include Home Instead and Bluebird Care. Comparable companies in the U.S. include Signify Health and CVS Health.
Supporting Public Health System
Cera’s services not only relieve NHS strain, they’ve also expanded into arenas like nursing services, physiotherapy, and mental health services. AI is used to predict patient falls, reducing them by 20%, and predicting hospitalizations a week prior with an accuracy of 83%.

UK’s largest non-NHS healthcare provider Cera, serves about 30 million people through 10,000 carers and nurses. It is also linked with over 150 local governments and two-thirds of NHS Integrated Care Systems.

Independent analysis by a UK consultancy revealed that Cera’s AI-driven model saves the UK healthcare system £1 million daily.
