SuperOps, an Indian-based start-up, has successfully raised $25 million in a Series C round, currently valuing the firm at $200 million. This capital boost will primarily be directed towards leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance assistance to IT service providers and managed service providers (MSPs).
In today’s remote working environment, IT teams often face challenges in offering real-time support. MSPs come in handy in these situations, but often they also need assistance- precisely where SuperOps steps in.
The market is intense, but SuperOps aims to attract SMEs that operate on limited IT budgets. Competing against companies like Atera and NinjaOne, it offers a variety of services including professional services automation (PSA), an IT documentation solution, a remote monitoring management (RMM) platform, and network monitoring.
SuperOps, rather than focusing on being the cheapest or most luxurious vendor, aims to deliver excellent value for money. As per Arvind Parthiban, the co-founder and CEO, SuperOps charges merely $1.5 per endpoint for tools, contrasted with competitors like NinjaOne charging $4 per endpoint.
Since its founding in 2020, SuperOps has seen its customer base triple to 1,300, spread across 104 countries, with significant markets in the U.S., U.K., Europe, and Australia.
The firm recently launched Monica, a GPT-driven AI assistant, to aid MSPs by providing personalized insights and automating routine tasks. The additional funding will help to upgrade Monica with a new predictive and recommendation algorithm. The company also plans to scale up its recent AI-powered endpoint management tool.
With the recent inflow of funds, the firm has aspirations to extend its services to the mid-sized enterprise market and expand its geographical range. The company aims to mark its presence in new regions like Latin America, Spain, Portugal, and Germany and enhance its footprint in the U.S.
