Software training has traditionally been a resource-intensive process, requiring significant time and effort from dedicated teams. However, Tel Aviv-based startup Guidde is transforming this landscape with its innovative AI-powered solution.
Guidde leverages artificial intelligence to automatically generate video clips that guide users through the intricacies of different software applications. Its technology captures in-app user activity, transforming it into cohesive training videos with engaging storylines.
These videos can be enhanced with voiceovers in multiple languages, background music, and tags that highlight key functionalities. Guidde also provides basic video editing capabilities, allowing users to add motion transitions, adjust frame timing, and crop footage.
Recognizing the low engagement often associated with training videos, Guidde has introduced Guidde Broadcast. This feature delivers personalized training content to employees, akin to a “Netflix for organizations.” It provides contextual and timely training within the user’s workflow, enhancing software engagement.
Since its inception in 2020, Guidde has experienced remarkable growth. Its platform now serves over 100,000 users in 2,000 organizations worldwide, including American Eagle Outfitters, Carta, and Nasdaq.
Recently, Guidde secured $15 million in funding led by Qualcomm Ventures. This capital will be invested in expanding localization tools, sales teams, and global market presence.
“We have navigated challenges with a conservative financial approach,” said Yoav Einav, Guidde’s co-founder. “We envision a future where highly engaging, AI-driven video content seamlessly integrates creation and delivery. Guidde aims to lead this emerging industry and set the standard for immersive content experiences.”
