Company event planning oftentimes proves cumbersome. Navigating deals, contacting vendors, and getting approvals could take its toll. Enter Naboo, a French startup that simplifies this process with an efficient corporate event booking platform.
Naboo, similar to Airbnb, introduces a unique marketplace specifically geared towards company retreats. Accommodation, catering, transport, and other essential services are conveniently bundled in one place. In addition to this, Naboo also features a SaaS platform catering to all larger-scale MICE events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). This platform allows large corporate clientele to outline their procurement policies, manage invoices & payments, and more.
The all-inclusive marketplace acts as a major selling point, as corporates can now centralize their spending for budgets. This strategy indeed appears fruitful, as Naboo reports that its booking volumes quadrupled to €60 million in 2024 from €15 million the previous year.
Naboo’s platform boasts engagement from 10% of the French public companies featured on the CAC40 index. Their clientele includes big names such as Google and Société Générale. The startup freshly secured $21 million Series A funding led by Notion Capital.
This fresh investment will drive the automation of tasks currently managed by project managers. Additionally, Naboo plans to extend its reach starting with U.K., where it has already made promising strides.
