Samsung has officially revealed its AI-centric Galaxy S25 series at the annual Unpacked 2025 event. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra takes center stage, armed with striking AI capabilities, mirroring the industry’s overall emphasis on artificial intelligence.

Introducing the $1300 Galaxy S25 Ultra, the successor to the Galaxy Note series, offering a wealth of features set within a 6.9-inch display. The camera setup impresses with a 50MP ultra-wide and 200MP wide lens, backed by dual telephoto lenses offering 3x and 5x optical zoom.

In addition to enhancing gameplay graphics through Snapdragon’s Vulkan Engine and Ray Tracing, the S25 Ultra presents ProScaler – an AI image sharpening tool working in congruence with QHD+ display resolution. Further advancements come in the form of Google’s AI offerings, notably their tailored AI-based writing and drawing tools.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra boasts a robust 5,000mAh battery, alongside 12GB of RAM, 1TB of internal storage, and an exclusive color range for direct Samsung buyers.
